What is the website development timeline?
A landing page is ready in 5–7 business days. A business site takes 10–14 business days. For custom projects timelines are agreed upon.
Is hosting included in the price?
Hosting is not included in the one-time price - we help you choose a suitable provider for your project and handle the setup. We are not tied to any hosting partner, so the recommendation follows what the site needs, not a commission.
Can changes be made after the site launches?
Yes. Every package includes a free support period (1-6 months). After it expires you can use our monthly support subscription from €49/mo.
How does payment work?
We work with 50% upfront at project start and 50% upon delivery. For larger projects we offer installment payment in three parts.
How many revisions are included?
We include up to 2 revision rounds after the design presentation and up to 1 revision round after the final version. Additional revisions are arranged separately.
Do you work with clients outside Bulgaria?
Yes! We work entirely remotely and have clients from across Europe. Communication is by email, phone and video call.
Do you guarantee the quality of the website?
Every site undergoes mandatory speed testing (Lighthouse ≥ 90), responsive design and SEO basics. If we find an issue within the warranty period - we fix it for free.
Can I manage the website content myself after delivery?
Yes! WordPress is designed exactly for this - you add text, images and new pages directly from the browser, without technical knowledge. At delivery we do a short video walkthrough to make sure you know how the panel works.
What is the difference between a WordPress site and a custom site?
WordPress sites are built on a ready platform with Elementor - faster, more affordable, easy to manage.
